Shipping .
UK standard delivery
£4.50 · 2–4 working days. Free on orders over £45. Dispatched from Cornwall Monday–Friday; orders placed before 1pm ship the same day.
UK next-day delivery
£7.95 · next working day when ordered before 1pm. Saturday delivery available at checkout for an additional fee.
Europe
From £9.50 · 4–7 working days. Tracked delivery via Royal Mail International. Customs and duties are included at checkout where possible.
Rest of world
From £14.00 · 5–10 working days. Tracked delivery to most destinations. Duties payable on arrival in some regions; your carrier will advise.
Returns .
Unopened products
Return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the outer packaging intact and include the order number.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened skincare. If a product has arrived damaged or doesn't match your order, contact the studio within 7 days and we'll replace it.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, photograph the outer box before opening and email the studio. We'll resolve it the same day.
Refund processing
Once a return is received we aim to process refunds within 3 working days. Bank processing can add a further 3–5 days before the amount lands in your account.
