Introducing Cornish Bloom

An invigorating morning mist that hydrates and strengthens tired, dehydrated skin. Designed for use as the first step in your morning routine after cleansing, or anytime your skin needs a refresh. Seaweeds, fungi, and bioactive plants provide the backbone of the formulation. These are supported by moisture binding actives such as betaine, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid. juniper, rosemary and neroli hydrosols offer a subtle, invigorating sensory lift.

Cornwall

Our first collection. Not an ecosystem, a microcosm of many habitats; Where sea (mor) and land meet in balance, making it the clearest expression of our ecosystem-led philosophy.

Who we are.

A Cornwall-based research and design studio studying how life adapts to environmental pressure, translating survival strategies into skincare systems.

The Ecosystem-Led Approach

We study how plants, fungi, seaweeds and microorganisms adapt to challenging conditions, then translate those adaptive strategies into skincare designed to support the skin’s natural resilience.

  • 01

    Ecosystem

    The living environment we study.

  • 02

    Pressure

The stressors that shape life there.

  • 03

    Adaptation

The strategies organisms use to survive.

  • 04

    Function

    The skincare solution nature informs.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

Modern skincare has become reactive

Most skincare treats symptoms. Redness. Wrinkles. Lines. Itching. Burning(?!) The industry has become obsessed with the idea of skin as a “problem to fix”, rather than a living system to support. The result is often routines that become increasingly over-layered and contradictory, with each new concern demanding another product, another step... another purchase..

We’re interested in the system beneath it. Skin. It is a living ecosystem with an innate ability to adapt, regulate and respond to its environment. At Mor & Meadow, we study how plants, fungi, seaweeds and microorganisms adapt to challenging conditions, then translate those adaptive strategies into skincare designed to support the skin’s natural resilience.

THE COLLECTIVE

The Collective

Mor & Meadow is not built in isolation. We are shaped by an evolving network of growers, scientists, artists, formulators and makers whose practices sit close to the natural world.

From cultivation and botanical research to material experimentation and visual storytelling, these collaborations expand the way we think and help ground the brand in observation, exchange and shared learning.
