Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your mor & meadow products. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, except where an item is faulty.

To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number and we’ll provide the return details.

Unless your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return costs.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you purchase from us online, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the applicable exceptions for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
